AfoodAffair works together with you to ensure that you have considered everything in order for your function to be a success. Depending on the type of function you are having, your menu selection and also how many guests will be attending you may need to consider hiring waiters and service staff in. The waiters and service staff enable the function to run smoothly from beginning to end and give you peace of mind that your guests are well taken care of.
It is important to note that the waiters and service staff responsibilities include: serving of meals (buffet style / plated service), clearing away of crockery and cutlery, serving of drinks, setting up prior to the function and clearing up after the function as well as dealing with any adhoc eventualities that arise during the function.
AfoodAffair will discuss and arrange with you any staffing requirements you may have. In certain instances, the menu selection will dictate that the hiring of staff is compulsory. This will naturally be discussed and agreed between both parties.
