Cooking comes to me naturally, you could probably say I was born with a spoon in the one hand and a pot in the other! I take pride in what I do, be it a sandwich or a five course meal. Being a chef is not at all a “job”, it is a way of life and I do believe that it is this out-look on life that has determined my success in the food industry thus far.

What defines a great meal - good produce, a great team and a tremendous amount of love and pride. I am always up for a challenge and no job is ever too big or too small – where there is a will there is a way and I will do my best to find the way.

I think that sums it up. That is what makes my pot simmer!
